On 'When Did You Know?' this week I’m joined by Dr Sammy Li. Sammy is the strategic lead for equality, diversity and inclusion for over 37,000 students at the University of Birmingham on both their UK and overseas campuses and works with the University of Amsterdam on intercultural collaborations. Sammy is also the convener of the LGBT+ network of networks in higher education which is a consortium of LGBT staff networks and equality and diversity practitioners from over 90 UK universities.
